Are you a VCSE organisation struggling to explain your impact in funding applications or reports? This 90-minute webinar provides a practical introduction to what funders look for in monitoring and evaluation - and how to present your impact clearly and credibly.

You will learn how to:

  • Understand the difference between outputs and outcomes, and why outcomes matter
  • Recognise what makes a strong impact statement
  • Use simple, proportionate ways to evidence the difference your work makes
  • Avoid common mistakes that can weaken funding applications and reports

You’ll leave with greater confidence in describing and evidencing your impact in ways that are clear, credible, and funder-friendly.

Participants: up to 50 spaces allocated on first come, first serve basis

Delivered by Sarah E. Frost - I'm an evaluation and learning specialist with a passion for people, community and social change. Sarah has over 30 years’ experience in the non-profit sector and have supported many VCSE organisations to develop practical and effective approaches to evaluation. My work is values driven and strength based. I have a good understanding of the pressures faced by VCSE organisations and work with organisations to develop evaluation that is:

  • Practical and proportionate
  • Grounded in real-world delivery
  • Useful for learning, not just reporting
