TIMEtogether is the operating name of local independant charity, the Denby Dale Centre.  The charity aims to connect people, reduce isolation, relieve loneliness and improve quality of life, by providing activities, transport and places.  TIMEtogether has an operating office in Denby Dale in Kirklees, however operates throughout the Kirklees area.

Make a real difference to local people by joining our team of caring Volunteer Car Drivers to help local people overcome their transport barriers. Many people in Kirklees are isolated and housebound due to a gap in suitable transport provision, this sometimes leads to loneliness and poor mental and physical health. Our team of own-car drivers help people get to essential appointments at present such as doctors appointments, hospital appointments and vaccinations. They also help with visiting friends & family, shops, hair salons, sporting and social groups - greatly improving quality of life for that individual.

The driver requires their own car and claim 45p per mile for their expenses.
