Get a Grip on Rising Utility Costs
About this event
The rise in energy costs mixed with the current political issues is heightening concern to many customers. This coupled with customers receiving inaccurate bills makes for a really difficult market to navigate. Across the board, inaccurate bills are an issue and they made up more than 40% of the problems energy customers came to the Citizens Advice consumer helpline for support with during 2020.
SEYH has partnered with Utility Aid to offer you access to the services from the UK’s largest Energy Broker who specialise in sourcing energy for the UK’s third sector. As well as helping you to secure new contracts that suit your appetite for risk and requirements, they also provide a service to help you uncover overcharges through invoice validation. Through this service, they have recovered over £3.8m for their clients to date.
Join us to find out more about how Utility Aid can help you with their experienced Bureau Team, Support Team and Energy Specialists. Come and have a brew and chat with Partnership Manager Emily Berry and we can see how we can help.
