Role Description

The role of Shop Assistant Volunteer may include;

  • Ensuring quality customer service
  • Handling money
  • Introducing gift aid to donors
  • Sorting and steaming clothes
  • Serving customers
  • House keeping and merchandising
  • Be a positive role model for our younger volunteers
  • Training, supporting & supervising young volunteers, work experience & other youth development schemes by using the ‘Welcome & Induction Booklet’
