Sports for Good is a new programme for people who run sports clubs and organisations in the most deprived areas of West Yorkshire to increase the resilience, engagement, sustainability and diversity of their organisation. Tackling the challenges that so many clubs are facing and supporting you to thrive!

Free workshops will be held online and in-person, covering:
- Bid writing and fundraising
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Sustainable practices
- Volunteering
- Governance and Leadership
- Inclusive marketing
- Engaging communities and local partnerships
- Revenue diversification
- Membership development
Workshops will run from March until July. Spaces are limited so register now!
Who is it for?
These workshops are for anyone involved in running or managing a locally based sports club or community organisation that is:
- Involved in delivering any type of community sport / physical activity (can be affiliated or not affiliated to a National Governing Body)
- Supporting your local community as an un/constituted group, charity, social enterprise or community benefit society
- Generating an income of up to £500k
Book onto as many workshops as you’d find useful. Many of the topics will connect and help you to build a stronger club. More launching in June!
