Salary: £30,151 - £32,020 (pro rata)

Actual Salary £13,038 - £13,846

This post is a fixed term contract to 30^th June 2028

We are looking to recruit an experienced domestic abuse professional to work alongside our current Complex Need IDVA in a job share capacity. The hours are to cover the role at beginning of the week.

The ideal candidate will have domestic abuse experience and preferably have completed the Safe Lives accredited IDVA training course or equivalent. The role will work with partner agencies across all sectors. You will need to have experience of supporting people with complex needs and be resilient and self-motivated in your ability to engage with them.

Suitable candidates will have risk assessment skills, good safeguarding knowledge and experience, understanding of the legal framework relating to domestic abuse and excellent communication skills.

This post is funded by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) via the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and is based at WomenCentre in Calderdale.
