Auntie Pam’s to be is a peer support volunteer run service with a centre base in Huddersfield and outreach locations across North Kirklees. We provide a range of services, including a drop-in information and signposting service (covering things like housing, benefits, domestic violence, healthy eating, mental health, breastfeeding, stopping smoking and baby/child development). We also have a swap shop which provides free pre-loved baby clothing and equipment, which has kindly been donated by families within the local communities. Auntie Pam’s is a customer led service, and has at its heart the women and families of Kirklees. We support women, their partners and their families during pregnancy and the first years of becoming a parent.
