Community Plus Fund is now open! 

Do you have an idea that could bring people together, strengthen your community, or help local people thrive? Grants of up to £5000 available for individuals, informal and formal groups across Kirklees.

The Community Plus Fund supports community-led projects that build on the strengths, skills and passions already present in Kirklees. We want to hear from groups, organisations and individuals with ideas that help people connect, build confidence, share skills and create positive change.

We welcome applications from:

• Individuals
• Informal groups
• Community organisations
• Voluntary groups

We’re looking for projects that:

•  Bring people together and reduce isolation
•  Grow volunteering and community leadership
•  Help people develop skills, confidence and connections
•  Make use of the amazing assets and talents already in our communities
•  Support people to be more independent and improve their wellbeing
