Summary: Grants of up to £5,000 are available from the Thomas Wall Trust for registered charities for specific projects that improves communication skills for disadvantaged adults and supports NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) people into employment.

- Projects should improve beneficiaries' employment prospects, confidence, resilience, and life chances through communication skills development.
- Beneficiaries must gain at least one recognised accredited vocational qualification during the project or within two months of completion.

- Refugees
- People with physical, mental, or learning disabilities
- Individuals experiencing multiple deprivation
