Summary: Grants are available for community-led projects across England that celebrate the legacy and contribution of the Windrush generation and their descendants, while bringing together people of different ages, backgrounds and communities. Grants of £5,000 to £25,000 are available from a £500,000 programme.

• Projects must support one or more of the themes Raise Awareness, Foster Pride, or Encourage & Inspire, and deliver community cohesion, lasting impact, and increased recognition of the Windrush generation.
• Match funding is not required but is encouraged and may include in-kind support.
• Projects must take place in England, with main activities delivered between 8 June and 31 July 2027.
• Staff costs should not exceed 25% of the grant requested.
