Third Sector Leaders Kirklees runs the accredited Volunteer Centre for Kirklees. We match people who want to volunteer with organisations looking for volunteers. We want volunteering to be open to everyone as we know what a positive impact it can make.

Are you interested in volunteering and/or working in the Creative Sector? This could be music, theatre, arts, film. photography, museums, design, textiles etc. If so, then our Creative Steps programme is here to help!
We can offer:

• one to one support to help you find a Creative sector volunteer role (include one off events and more regular volunteering)
• opportunities to shadow creative professionals
• workshops where you can meet professionals from the creative sector, learn new skills and network.
• support with applying for courses and paid employment

To access support from our Creative Steps programme you will need to be 16 years or over, living in West Yorkshire, with the right to work in the UK.

This is a very flexible opportunity which you can fit around any other commitments you may have. Travel expenses are reimbursed, and our small friendly team can help you overcome any barriers you may have to volunteering or working.
