We are a counselling, training and resource centre, based in Milnsbridge.  We offer counselling to anyone in need for a range of issues from bereavement to depression.  We also provide training courses for anyone wanting to become a counsellor as well as hiring rooms and our sports hall to local groups.  We also have a charity shop in the centre of Milnsbridge selling donated items at affordable prices.  Our counselling service is BACP accredited and is very busy as counselling is an important tool in helping people cope with the stresses and strains of life and the impact of our ever changing society.

We are looking for a social media volunteer that can help us raise the profile of the charity and all the work we do on our social media; this is currently Facebook and Instagram. You would need to show that you have experience in running social media channels.

We would expect you to make and share regular postings on social media covering all areas of the charity, including promoting the work of the charity and getting more volunteers to support us.

We are looking for someone who is organised and reliable, able to think creatively when sharing content and a good communicator.

This role can be done remotely to work around your own schedule.

Travel expenses can be reimbursed as part of this role.
