Oxfam GB retail sector has 600+ shops across Great Britain. The charities Values are Equality, Empowerment, Solidarity, Inclusiveness, Accountability, Courage.

We are a global organisation that fights inequality to end poverty and injustice. We offer live saving support in times of crisis and advocate for economic justice, gender equality, and climate action.

Our shops support Oxfam programmes across the world by selling donated and sourced fair trade products in their shops.

Our shops are ran by volunteer teams with a paid manager and sometimes a paid deputy manager.
