1940’s Memories
Karen will take you back in time to the 1940’s and sing songs that will evoke wonderful memories. Songs like” Almost like being in love”, “Don’t sit under the apple tree” to “We’ll meet again” and many more.
In the 1940’s you had, of course, all the patriotic songs, “Pack up your troubles/ long way to Tipperary”! But there were also the songs from the Musicals and Music Hall of the day too. Karen will give tribute to Gracie Fields, Judy Garland, Vera Lynn and The Andrews Sisters. We shall have a wonderful time where you can wave flags and have a right old sing along.
