Thriving Kirklees Health Action Fund in partnership with TSL Kirklees
The Thriving Kirklees Health Action Fund is being managed by TSL Kirklees and will give grants of up to £4000 for projects that will improve the health of disadvantaged young people and families.
In particular, we're looking for new projects and pilots that will improve the emotional resilience of children, young people and families, or that encourage wellbeing and promote healthy lifestyles.
Plus all ideas need to:
- be family-centred
- support early intervention and prevention
- have clear links to other Thriving Kirklees services and provision
Applicants will need to discuss their project with Bridget Hughes from TSL Kirklees - firstname.lastname@example.org.
