Healthwatch Kirklees and Healthwatch Calderdale are working in partnership with Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) to gather feedback on hospital visiting. Most people have visited someone in hospital or been a patient, so they greatly appreciate your feedback. You can also share your views if you work at CHFT.
