Celebrating another year of funding in Kirklees
Community Plus Team Celebrates Successful Year Supporting Third Sector Projects in Kirklees.
The Community Investment Fund ‘Do Something Now‘ End-of-Year report outlines how the funding, which supported more than 30 groups with £390,000 of funding, helped deliver vital voluntary and community services and activities to Kirklees residents throughout the 2021 – 22 financial year.
“Do Something Now” is a community investment opportunity, for third sector, grassroots groups and individuals to support activities in communities that improve outcomes for people. Awards can be made for up to £200 for individuals, up to £5000 for small community groups and up to £50,000 for larger community organisations.
The Community Plus is looking forward to working with more groups on funding applications in the coming year.
