CLiK Survey (Current Living in Kirklees) 2021
Help ensure appropriate public health and health and social care services are targeted where they are needed most in Kirklees.
Working with health and care partners, Kirklees Council and Kirklees CCG have developed a communications campaign aimed at encouraging Kirklees residents to take part in the CLiK survey and help the partnership improve health and social care services in the local area.
The survey will be live until 17th December and will be mailed to selected households and also available to all residents aged 16+ online to help capture a wider demographic.
Partners are asked to support this campaign and share the messages across their social media platforms.
