Community Events and Activities

We're inviting anyone interested in volunteering with Northorpe Hall Child + Family Trust to join us for an informal Volunteer Event at The Northorpe Barn.

This relaxed evening is a chance to find out more about the different ways you can get involved, including our mentoring programme, which provides one-to-one support to children and young people to help build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. You’ll also hear about other volunteering opportunities across the organisation, from supporting events to sharing your skills behind the scenes.

The event is designed to give you a real sense of what volunteering with Northorpe is like, the impact it has, and how it could fit around your own availability and interests. You’ll meet members of the team, hear from current volunteers, and have the opportunity to ask any questions in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.

Whether you’re already interested in mentoring or simply exploring ways to give back, this is a great first step to learn more.
