Breathe, Move, Connect: Introducing the Principles of Yoga

A 6-hour practical training designed specifically for professionals who support others.

Through simple breathwork, accessible movement, and connection-based practices, participants learn tools that can support wellbeing in care environments, both for themselves and for the people they work with.

Importantly, you don’t need to be a yoga teacher.

This workshop is designed for people working across health and social care, including:
• social workers
• support workers
• healthcare professionals
• therapists and physios
• anyone supporting people with additional needs

6-hour live course, online or in-person (Kirklees), £195 (Early Bird: £150)
