Expression of Interest: Wellness Works – Keyworker Support Delivery
Wellness Works is a collaborative, place-based initiative led by TSL Kirklees and delivered through a network of VCS (Voluntary and Community Sector) partners. The programme will deliver outcomes and outputs for both Trailblazer and Accelerator funding streams but be delivered as one programme. The programme aims to support individuals at risk of unemployment or recently made inactive due to health-related issues, helping them re-engage with their communities, build confidence, and access pathways back into work or volunteering and those who are long-term unemployed due to health to engage in activities and potential progress to employment support routeways.
As part of this, we are now looking for local VCS partners to join us in providing Keyworker Support. These keyworkers will play a vital role in working alongside Community Anchors and Community Champions, offering person-centred, 1:1 support to individuals who need help to identify and overcome the barriers they face.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from organisations that:
· Have a strong track record of delivering personalised keyworker-style support.
· Can demonstrate positive outcomes through previous employment, health, or wellbeing programmes.
· Are embedded in their communities and understand local needs.
· Are able to deliver in one or more areas of Kirklees (Huddersfield, Batley & Spen, Rural, or Dewsbury).

Your EOI should include:
· Why you’re interested in being part of the Wellness Works programme.
· Your experience of delivering keyworker support and achieving positive outcomes.
