Absolute Specialists Wellbeing have lottery funding to support carers in Wakefield and Calderdale. This is in addition to the Kirklees service already running.
Carers are being offered up to 3 free one-hour online sessions with a trained practitioner to learn techniques to help with anxiety, stress, grief, isolation, relationships and other difficulties.
