Improving Population Health Fellowship
In 2021 the Partnership’s first Health Equity Fellowship was launched, part of the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership Health Inequalities Academy.
NHS West Yorkshire Intergrated Care Board are pleased to share the West Yorkshire Improving Population Health Fellowship Information Pack 2023.
They are expanding the fellowship to cover other areas of the Improving Population Health Programme and are on the look out for fellows to join them in the following areas:
- 30 Health Equity Fellows,
- 30 Adversity, Trauma and Resilience Fellows,
- 5 Climate Change Fellows, or
- 5 Suicide Prevention Fellows.
Applications will close Friday 9th December.
The pack includes information on what each of the fellowship programmes comprise, who can apply, the application process and links to the application form, and FAQs.
