Kirklees Health and Care Partnership online event
The Kirklees Health and Care Partnership online public event is being held on Tuesday 10 December @ 1.30pm-3.30pm
Kirklees Health and Care Partnership (KHCP) was established in July 2022 and brings together the local NHS, other health and care providers, Kirklees Council, Healthwatch, and community and voluntary sector organisations, to arrange and deliver services for the people who live in Kirklees. Their focus is on preventing ill health, improving health and healthcare, reducing health inequalities, making the best of our collective resources, and putting communities at the heart of all they do.
They are holding an online public event to give you the opportunity to hear about the wide range of projects they’ve been working on, this will include:
- University of Huddersfield – National Health Innovation Campus.
- South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust – Older people’s mental health inpatient services transformation.
- Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust – Children and Young People Strategy, and Person-Centred Care.
- Healthwatch Kirklees – providing an update on the projects they have been involved in.
- Kirklees Health and Care Partnership – NHS 10-year plan involvement opportunities.
The event will be held on Microsoft Teams and joining instructions will be sent nearer the time.
