Kirklees’ Holiday Activities and Food Programme for Summer 2021

The “School’s Out!” programme is being co ordinated by Phillip Blackwell from Kirklees Council and Susan Greenwood from local charity Kirklees Youth Alliance (KYA) and funded as part of the Department for Education Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme as well as KYA’s Council-funded Healthy Holidays Programme.

Below are details regarding applications for the programme, which is to be delivered during the first four weeks of the summer school holidays, an overview of the programme, an additional information pack and also the link to apply online for funding to run the activities.

This form will be accessible until 5pm on Thursday 20 May 2021.

This application process relates to activities for Free School Meal eligible children aged over 8. A separate application is being created for providers wishing to support school age children aged under 8 and will be shared soon.

Applications will be considered by the Holiday Activities and Food panel week commencing Monday 24 May 2021.

Providers will be notified of the outcome from Tuesday 1 June 2021.
