#LetsConnect campaign supporting young people in crisis
As part of work supporting young people in crisis, during 2024 -25, the West Yorkshire Health & Care Partnership is working to promote children and young people’s mental health and emotional wellbeing in its widest sense.
The #LetsConnect campaign has been developed to encourage parents, carers, children and young people in West Yorkshire to feel comfortable in talking about mental health and emotional wellbeing with each other. This campaign provides insight for parents and carers in how to respond to and support their child or young person as well as helping young people to provide peer-to-peer support using their own ideas and tips.
The campaign launched with new pages on our website, a news release and a video from Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr Nicola Dawson. You can download a suite of assets from this web page.
