The Bradford Anti-Poverty Events Group, led by Bradford District Credit Union, is inviting community professionals and practitioners who work with vulnerable people to their 5th annual ‘Safer Internet Day’ webinar. The event takes place on 9th February from 3pm.
The event, featuring a great line up of speakers, will explore how digital inclusion is changing in the face of a world-wide pandemic, and its relationship to poverty and financial inclusion.
Hosted by BBC presenter Liz Barclay and introduced by the Lord Mayor of Bradford, topics cover the rise of Fake News, personal Cyber-Security as well as case studies on the innovative community digital currency, Citizen Coin Bradford, and Digital and Health programmes across Bradford and Kirklees.
