Tender opportunity- Kirklees Families Together (Family Hubs) Partnership Board

As you may be aware Cabinet approved the proposals for developing a model of ‘Family Hubs’ across Kirklees in April and we are now moving to the implementation stage.  Following consultation with families on the name over the summer break, it was agreed that they would be known as ‘Families Together’ going forward.

A tender opportunity is available to establish and run area partnership boards, one in each of the 4 agreed ‘Families Together’ areas which are Dewsbury & Mirfield, Batley & Spen, Huddersfield, Kirklees Rural (Colne & Holme Valley, Denby Dale & Kirkburton).

The partnership boards will focus on needs, improving outcomes and capturing the voice of children, young people and families at a local level and will be made up of key stakeholders, including young people, who live, work or have an interest in the ‘Families Together area.

The attached specification gives full details of the requirements.
