The National Energy Action (NEA) Training Services are running a Fuel Poverty and Health webinar over the next few months looking at the causes and impacts of fuel poverty with a focus on the health impacts. It aims to help delegates identify those likely to be at risk from fuel poverty and signpost to assistance.
Free places are available to front-line staff and volunteers from non-commercial organisations that regularly encounter those in or at risk of fuel poverty – i.e. essentially those on a low income / in a vulnerable situation and who are struggling to manage their household bills.
The webinar, taking place via Zoom, is designed for anyone wanting to learn more about fuel poverty, its causes and links with physical and mental wellbeing.
