An interactive workshop exploring why impact measurement matters, how to do it effectively & how to communicate your impact with confidence

Through real-world examples, practical tools, and guided discussion, participants will learn how to identify their key audiences, clarify priorities, and choose the most meaningful ways to measure and present impact. We’ll introduce useful frameworks, including developing a Theory of Change, and share top tips to help you get started or strengthen your approach.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel more confident in measuring what matters and telling a clear, compelling story about your impact.

This workshop is for VCSE organisations only based in Kirklees and 35 seats maximum are available. These will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
