Purpose of the Fund: To create regional networks of charities and eligible organisations that can:

• • Reach vulnerable migrant groups.
  • Inform them about the Voluntary Return Service (VRS).
  • Support informed decision‑making around voluntary return.

Priority Groups: Support should focus on vulnerable groups, including (but not limited to):

• • People experiencing homelessness
  • Victims of modern slavery
  • People with health conditions
  • Care leavers
