Summary: Supports charities and local authorities delivering projects that make it easier for the public to repair, reuse or recycle small household electrical items, helping reduce hoarding and improper disposal.

Maximum value: £100,000
Eligible project types (2026–27 pilots):

- Bring banks and bring-bank refurbishments
- Community drop-off points
- Drop-off events (if part of a wider, longer‑term pilot)
- Reuse projects (only where part of a larger recycling pilot)
Eligible costs:

- Purchase and installation of bins / collection points
- Vehicle hire for collections
- Communication and marketing activity (print and digital)
- Staffing costs directly related to delivering the pilot
- Collection costs to a Designated Collection Facility (DCF) or nominated transfer station
