Summary: Grants are available from the Pilgrim Trust for registered charities that are working to increase young women's access to high quality, age-appropriate mental health services.

Value:£200,000–£500,000 per grant, spread over three years.
Purpose:

- Grants to support high‑quality, age‑ and gender‑appropriate mental health services for young women and girls aged 14–25.
- Focus on services addressing anxiety, depression, self‑harm, eating disorders and related issues.
Who can apply: Must be either of the following UK‑registered charities:

- Mental health charities (income ≥ £750k), or
- Women and girls’ charities (income ≥ £350k) led by and for women and girls.
- Must show a track record of delivering therapeutic mental health services and work primarily from physical spaces (not digital‑only).
What will be funded:

- Scaling or improving existing services for young women.
- One‑to‑one therapy, group and peer support.
- Making spaces safer and more accessible for young women.
- Addressing practical barriers to access (timing, travel, childcare, language).
- Staff training, trauma‑informed and culturally competent approaches.
- Learning, evaluation, advocacy and sharing good practice.
