Arts & Culture Impact Fund
The Arts & Culture Impact Fund is an impact investment fund for socially-driven arts, culture and heritage organisations registered and operating in the UK. The fund offers loans between £150,000 and £1 million repayable until 2032.
Interest rates range from 5%-8.5% and are fixed over the life of the loan. Investment can be used for a variety of purposes including purchasing or renovating property, growing existing activities or to develop a new product or service.
