We are a food bank in Cleckheaton. We cover BD19, BD12 (if address is in Kirklees), WF15, WF16. We provide emergency, short term food and deliver to clients' homes. We are entirely volunteer run.

As a member of our dedicated and friendly client liaison team you would deal with requests for our help from members of the local community and agencies via phone, text and email. This could be on a regular basis such as weekly, or occasional. You would receive training and support from other team members and would volunteer from home.

You must be good at talking and listening to people on the phone, with an empathetic approach and have basic computer skills.
