We provide a safe, accessible and welcoming building in which we help Kirklees Library Services run a Library and Information Centre; providing space for inclusive and enriching community events for all, and car parking for building users and customers of local businesses. We do this through the support of our volunteers and partners.
Our Community Cafe in Denby Dale Community Library opened in February and has been a huge success! We need additional volunteers to support our opening hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Could you give 3 hours of your time on a regular basis to prepare light bites and drinks and serve our customers with a friendly smile?
We offer training and support and an opportunity for you to work in a team and make friends.
