Role Overview

Stewards are the welcoming face of the Mirfield Piano Walk. They ensure guests feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the moment they arrive. This role is ideal for friendly, proactive individuals who enjoy helping others and being part of a vibrant cultural event.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Check reservations and tickets at the entrance with warmth and professionalism
• Audience Guidance: Escort guests to their seats and assist with accessibility needs
• Venue Support: Provide general assistance during performances, including answering questions and helping with crowd flow
• Safety & Comfort: Monitor audience areas to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees
• Team Coordination: Communicate venue coordinator to resolve issues smoothly
