Kirklees Youth Alliance CIO are an infrastructure charity operating within the Youth Sector.
Kirklees Youth Alliance is seeking volunteers aged 16+ to help out at Honley Youth Drop-In for school years 7-11 on Monday evenings (term-time only). The youth drop in will be delivering a range of activities including life skills, arts & crafts, fitness & wellbeing, cooking, games all led by what the young people want to do and providing a space for young people to chill with their friends.
- Youth Drop-In - Years 7-11 - Monday 4:30pm-6:30pm
Honley Village Hall, Roundway, Honley
The role will typically involve the following tasks:
- Helping to set up activities
- Engaging with young people (chatting, being a supportive adult, positive role model)
- Cooking snacks
- Art & craft activities
- Opportunities to lead on a project or one -off session
