For the last 2 years, TSL Kirklees has coordinated a menu of half-day, fully funded wellbeing experiences from local charitable organisations. This funding has now run out, but you can still fund sessions yourselves.

You can book a Wellbeing Experience for your team by contacting your chosen organisation directly using the contact details on their experience profile below.
If you book an experience and would like to send us some comments or a case study (to noreen@tslkirklees.org.uk) or share something on social media (tag us and the organisation that ran your experience), we would love to hear how it went.

Colouricity® studies our physical and emotional responses to colour and creates tools and experiences that help us understand how to use colour, in our everyday lives, to aid self-care, communication, emotional intelligence, cognitive resilience and our wellbeing.

2hr therapeutic sessions

• The Colour Spa – treat yourself to a two hour colour therapy session with colour-centric sensory experiences
• Sample ‘The Healing Helix’ + ‘Colour Conscious Craft’ Activity (Felt Art)
