For the last 2 years, TSL Kirklees has coordinated a menu of half-day, fully funded wellbeing experiences from local charitable organisations. This funding has now run out, but you can still fund sessions yourselves.

You can book a Wellbeing Experience for your team by contacting your chosen organisation directly using the contact details on their experience profile below.
If you book an experience and would like to send us some comments or a case study (to noreen@tslkirklees.org.uk) or share something on social media (tag us and the organisation that ran your experience), we would love to hear how it went.

Creative Wellbeing Session
The Creative Map

The Creative Map is a social enterprise, based in Huddersfield, set up to deliver powerful creative activities proven to supercharge your wellbeing, self-expression and personal growth.
We are able to offer up to 2 hours of a ‘Creative Wellbeing’ session, which can focus on either music, journaling or art, to any group of staff or combination of staff/volunteers, and we have some bespoke sessions for younger people, the BAME community and for those struggling with anxiety.
They are offering creative workshops as a taster session for local organisations interested in exploring the positive effect of creativity in the workplace.

- Songwriting
- Journaling
- Mindful Art
With follow-up evaluation. No skills or experience necessary.
Groups of up to 15.
Workshops can be delivered in person or online.

This project is part of a larger Staff Emotional Health and Wellbeing Offer Across Kirklees Place initiative to help create a ‘wellness culture’ across Kirklees and support staff who have faced heightened levels of stress and exposure to potentially traumatic experiences during the pandemic with ongoing emotional health and wellbeing support and recovery.
