For the last 2 years, TSL Kirklees has coordinated a menu of half-day, fully funded wellbeing experiences from local charitable organisations. This funding has now run out, but you can still fund sessions yourselves.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
You can book a Wellbeing Experience for your team by contacting your chosen organisation directly using the contact details on their experience profile below.
If you book an experience and would like to send us some comments or a case study (to noreen@tslkirklees.org.uk) or share something on social media (tag us and the organisation that ran your experience), we would love to hear how it went.

Mindfulness and Empowerment in Nature
Growing Works
Growing works delivers therapeutic gardening sessions for vulnerable adults; outdoor activities for families who have children with additional needs; gardening and outdoor therapy workshops, training and events and horticultural services.
Our weekly activities include:• SPROUT – whole family outdoor activities for families with children who have additional needs• BUD – Social and Therapeutic horticulture sessions to support health and well being• POD – a mobile unit delivering Grow Your Own workshops and training with a variety of groups throughout Kirklees.
- Wellbeing through empowerment – trying something new like bushcraft and firelighting, den building and knots or green woodworking.
- Mindfulness in nature – chill out outside, learn mindfulness techniques and yoga, enjoy nature crafts.
