Employability Solutions Legacy Fund Round 3 for Young People
Employability Solutions are proud to announce that the Platform for Change Legacy Fund – 3rd round is now open for applications.
This funding round is focused on supporting Young People 14 – 24 years in the West Yorkshire area of Kirklees – in the area of Education, Employment and Enterprise.
You are able to apply for up to £1000 in your application (but do not worry if a small amount as we want it to go as far as possible) to go towards these 3 areas or combined.
This round of funding it is focused primarily on the individual young person and you have the opportunity to apply via a sponsor organisation – or if you want to individually (here if no sponsor organisation – Employability Solutions – will hold the funding if you are successful and support you in the spending and recording of it).
Themes
a. Education – feel that a course will take you to the next level in your education and ultimately your future career.
b. Employment – need resources to gain employment, get equipped for a new job taking up the post, CSCE card etc – this is for how the funding can support you in your journey towards employment
c. Enterprise – need course, resources to start out in your own area of work and creating a business of your own.
You need to complete the application, tell us about YOU, and why you want to apply for this funding, the difference it will make to you , your family or what the social impact will be for you.
The dates
Deadline Friday 23rd Feb 24 5pm applications close
Panel meet Tuesday 5th March
Interviews take place – Tuesday 12th March – depending where you are
Decision and successful candidates announced Friday 16th March
