Kirklees VCSE Health Wellbeing and Social Network - New Event
This is a strategic network for the VCSE sector in Kirklees to support partnership work with the local NHS Health and Care Partnerships and Integrated Care Boards across Kirklees and West Yorkshire, support our local VCSE representatives on local health-related boards and committees, and share information and opportunities with local groups that support people’s health and wellbeing.
We also want to shout about the great work that the VCSE does in health, care and wellbeing and the difference our organisations make to people’s lives.
Guest Speakers include –
Claire Rushambuza – University of Huddersfield who will talk about the work she is undertaking with young people on health & education, including some work linked to France.
Stacey Wadsworth- Living with and beyond Cancer – how the insight guide works and to engage with the VCSE as to how to talk and support people living with or affected by cancer.
There will also be an update as to how the ICB will operate from April 2026 .
This is an opportunity to share your challenges, events, successes.
Please sign up before Thursday 22nd January.
