TSL Kirklees Volunteering is the official Volunteer Centre for Kirklees
This means that we’re here to help you get started on your volunteering journey and support you through the process.
We also make sure that any groups or charities that advertise for volunteers on our website will look after their volunteers properly. Some of them will have a stamp of approval called the Kirklees Volunteering Quality Award (KVQA), which means that they’ve done even more to make sure that their volunteers are valued and have a good experience.

Dial Wood is a centre for disabled people to enjoy carriage driving, riding therapy and contact with ponies. We are run entirely run by volunteers. Our ponies are especially selected and need to be looked after. Our people are trained to give our clients the best opportunity to enhance their well being through sport and fun.
People wishing to train on our Riding For the Disabled Coach Pathway to work towards becoming an RDA Coach. To coach disabled riders or carriage drivers. We coach both with ponies and a horse simulator. Would suit people with some horse/people/volunteering experience but full training would be given. Our team would welcome current or retired riders/carriage drivers to enrich the work we do with disabled participants. Our Stables are based in Flockton, WF4 4XX.
