TSL Kirklees Volunteering is the official Volunteer Centre for Kirklees
This means that we’re here to help you get started on your volunteering journey and support you through the process.
We also make sure that any groups or charities that advertise for volunteers on our website will look after their volunteers properly. Some of them will have a stamp of approval called the Kirklees Volunteering Quality Award (KVQA), which means that they’ve done even more to make sure that their volunteers are valued and have a good experience.

Dial Wood is a centre for disabled people to enjoy carriage driving, riding therapy and contact with ponies. We are run entirely run by volunteers. Our ponies are especially selected and need to be looked after. Our people are trained to give our clients the best opportunity to enhance their well being through sport and fun. We all support one another and focus on enjoyment for all.
A person who wants to help with the supporting all our lovely volunteers. A person who enjoys being with a variety of volunteers. A person who enjoys organising a volunteer register to make sure all training is complete to planning volunteer recognition and certificates. This can be done with contact through our Group Organiser and Coaches who are volunteers too. Our monthly meetings are now conducted online so there is an element of working from home if that suits. Appreciation of what our ponies and volunteers do to help others. Our Stables are based in Flockton, WF4 4XX.
