TSL Kirklees Volunteering is the official Volunteer Centre for Kirklees
This means that we’re here to help you get started on your volunteering journey and support you through the process.
We also make sure that any groups or charities that advertise for volunteers on our website will look after their volunteers properly. Some of them will have a stamp of approval called the Kirklees Volunteering Quality Award (KVQA), which means that they’ve done even more to make sure that their volunteers are valued and have a good experience.

- Support for children and young people who are affected by parental substance use
- Youth Smoking and Vaping Service: structured groupwork sessions available to professionals working with groups of young people aged 11-13 years old in Kirklees. We also offer similar sessions to parents in the community.
Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live.
Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.

Responsibilities
As a Young Persons Outreach Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in the local community by promoting our service and providing support and advice with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
