Wellness Works is now open for referrals and a flyer (for potential participants) is now available to download from the Wellness Works page on our website.
The programme offers up to 6-months of personalised, local support is available to anyone 18+ who’s living in Kirklees and is out of work, or at risk of leaving work due to poor physical or mental health. Please share the details with your groups and service users. They can refer themselves for help or you can make a referral for them (with their permission).
This activity is part of Healthy Working Life, a joint programme of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
