To celebrate Trustees Week (2nd – 6th November 2020), Getting on Board are running a series of events for people who want to become Trustees and trustees who want to keep learning and developing.
Aimed at new and existing trustees – Impact: what does it mean for trustees?
In this session you will learn about:
- six key stakeholder groups and impact areas to help the Board identify the impact that your organisation is making
- how impact measurement it contributes to the organisation’s mission
- how impact measurement helps you, as an Ambassador, more effectively communicate the organisation’s impact
- how impact reporting engages funders, volunteers and donors, new Trustees and other partners
- examples of impact measurement
