Why Partner with Project Unity?
Better Communities Bradford creates safe spaces for honest and sometimes challenging conversations. The workshops are grounded in lived experience and provide opportunities to:
- Challenge myths and harmful stereotypes
- Explore real-world issues and context
- Encourage open dialogue without judgment
Impact:
- Muslims make up 6.5% of the UK population but face a disproportionate share of religious hate crimes and media bias.
- Project Unity aims to replace polarisation with understanding, promoting community cohesion and cultural celebration.
